To ensure customer experience and efficiency, the team came up with a simple, easy-to-use smartphone product called Spot & Report which allows FMs to spot, scan and send the fault to colleagues with live feedback on its status. The new product has been shown to improve the overall passenger experience and the airport’s performance, and the judges liked its simplicity and excellent functionality.
