AndyAndy’s knowledge and experience in FM has been gained whilst working across the public and private sector. He has worked both client-side working for major blue chip organisations and also for several of the top FM outsourced service providers in the industry.

Andy has directly managed and delivered FM services to diverse variety of buildings including production facilities, large industrial sites, medical diagnostic buildings, laboratories and corporate office buildings.

As a previous winner of the BIFM facility Manager of the Year in 2007, Andy is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and firmly believes that Customer Excellence is not something that is borne just within the constraints of the boardroom but should be driven by every member of the operational team, no matter what their role is.
