The Societal Impact Award recognised exceptional impact, created and delivered through outstanding FM best practice during the last five years.

WINNERS

> Cofely & North East Lincolnshire Council – North East Lincolnshire Regeneration Partnership

The entry provided solid evidence of the effectiveness of the ‘partnership’ of North East Lincolnshire Council and Cofely – clearly there is a good working relationship between the teams. They described the scope of services and evidenced their successes. There is strong evidence that the service provision has moved significantly away for standard FM and into the realm for delivering step-change social and economic outcomes for the local community. The entry has been submitted on behalf of the ‘partnership’ not by the authority or the service provider solely – they are clearly working collaboratively.

HIGHLY COMMENDED

> Robertson Facilities Management – Robertson Communities (highly commended)

A well-presented and enthusiastic case for a PFI that is delivering significant societal benefit by the deployment of best practice in FM activity. A fantastic team and a great story. The implementation and integration with the FM team of Robertson has demonstrated real added value. The judges noted the Robertson Facilities Management Managing Director quietly affirming they were doing it “because it was the right thing to do”.
