1. REVIEW THE CATEGORIES
Select the appropriate category to enter by reading the entry criteria document or clicking on categories.Ensure your entry meets all the relevant criteria and that you can answer all of the application questions prior to starting your entry.Got a question? 2. REGISTER ON THE ONLINE ENTRY SYSTEM
Once you have decided which category to enter, register with the BIFM Awards online entry system create an account (or log back in if you have entered in previous years). You can start your entry, save and log back in to update at any time up until the entry deadline (20 April 2018).
3. ANSWER THE APPLICATION QUESTIONS AND WRITE AN EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Read the criteria and application questions carefully and ensure that each is addressed in your submission. You may answer the question in any format you wish, using images, charts and diagrams where appropriate. Each question will be worth a percentage of the overall score. Your entry will be marked directly against the answers you provide to these set questions; therefore, it is essential that each one is addressed in your submission. Start your submission with an executive summary. The total submission, including the executive summary, any images, charts and supporting information, as well as front covers and appendices, must not exceed 10 pages of A4, with minimum font size 10. If more pages are submitted, only the first 10 pages will be judged.The recommended file type for the submission is PDF.
4. SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY
After a final check that you have fully answered all the application questions it’s time to submit. Once submitted you can log back in to update your entry at any time up until midnight on 20 April
5. MAKE PAYMENT
Upon submission you will be required to make payment, which is £250 + VAT per entry, with the exception of Newcomer, Manager and Leader of the Year, which are free to enter. Payment can be made by credit card or invoice.Please note a £25 + VAT administration charge will be added for payments made by invoice.
